In order to change the location you can go to the website https://maps.google.com and then type your location into the search field and press enter. Your new location will load on the map and you can then obtain the link icon by hitting the past HTML to embed section. Once the new link has been obtained you can copy this new link and replace your Map Content in your static block described above with the new content.
Thus you now have edited the Google map on your Magento installation.
